Jamie Honour (Owner & lead Personal Trainer) - I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. During this time I have gained vital experience by working with various clients with differing objectives and requirements. My knowledge has not only developed through the qualifications I have gained, but the fact that I practice what I preach. I have personally tried many training methods to achieve different results. As such, I am positive that I can meet the needs of my clients and help them achieve their goals.
I love simplifying the often confusing world of weight loss and body confidence for busy people who need a helping hand.
I believe anyone can get motivated and feel positive about their body with the right plan and support.
I may be a PT with a sports science degree, but I’ve mostly learned to help others through the lessons I’ve learned living my own life.
