GROUP TRAINING

Set in our very own studio, we offer a diverse range of classes whether you have a lot of experience with workouts and fitness, or if you are just getting started, you should consider taking group fitness classes in Swindon with Honour health & wellness.

Our classes are smaller and more intimate meaning you have more attention in every class. We limit our numbers to a maximum of 12 people per session. We’ve chosen our range of classes so we can focus on all aspects of health & fitness including:–

HIIT CLASS

High intensity interval training, or HIIT training includes intervals of high intensity exercises, followed by recovery intervals of rest or light to moderate intensity exercises. Due to the fact that this training involves pushing yourself to do intense exercise intervals, the HIIT workout can provide many advantages that the usual exercise routines cannot offer including, aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance, and fat burning like never before.

TRX Suspension training has many benefits. It builds superior muscular balance, joint stability, mobility and core strength helping you to improve performance in any sport or activity of daily living. It also helps to improve posture.

TRX CLASS

 

With our kettlebell classes we structure very comprehensive mobility routines in the warm up and cool down to promote better posture and improve body mechanics. The actual kettlebell workout is a tough muscular endurance event that involves the whole body with each movement. The workout is fun and fast paced with the aim to improve fitness, muscular endurance and body mechanics. 

KETTLE BELL CLASS

 

Pilates is a fantastic series of non-impact exercises designed to improve overall muscle strength with particular focus on your core muscles – your abdomen, your back and your pelvic girdle region. With stronger muscles in our core (our powerhouse) we create a stronger support for our spine and help prevent or alleviate back pain. Pilates will also maintain and improve our flexibility and mobility and a result will give you an amazing posture. We focus on quality of movement rather than quantity so concentration is required, and you should feel happily invigorated and not exhausted after a session.

PILATES

 

The Fitness Classes are inclusive as part of the Personal Group Training packages.

Personal Group Training combines your one to one training sessions with our group training classes. The one to one training sessions can focus more on your personal goals and objectives as well as maximizing your performance in the classes. This service will offer additional motivation, be more cost effective and provide an opportunity to meet other like-minded people looking to achieve similar goals. It may also help with consistency of attendance.
