GROUP TRAINING

Set in our very own studio, we offer a diverse range of classes whether you have a lot of experience with workouts and fitness, or if you are just getting started, you should consider taking group fitness classes in Swindon with Honour health & wellness.

Our classes are smaller and more intimate meaning you have more attention in every class. We limit our numbers to a maximum of 12 people per session. We also host many of our classes live online via an app called zoom so all members can join in from the comfort of there own homes or if they are away.  We’ve chosen our range of classes so we can focus on all aspects of health & fitness including:–

  • Improving flexibility & mobility

  • Improved cardiovascular system 

 

HIIT CLASS
Saturdays 8am (studio only) 

High intensity interval training, or HIIT training includes intervals of high intensity exercises, followed by recovery intervals of rest or light to moderate intensity exercises. Due to the fact that this training involves pushing yourself to do intense exercise intervals, the HIIT workout can provide many advantages that the usual exercise routines cannot offer including, aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance, and fat burning like never before.

Our strength and conditioning is perform using just bodyweight.

Incorporating bodyweight exercises into your workout routine can improve strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. The class is fantastic for mix abilities and perfect for attending live at the studio or joining in from home online via zoom.

With our kettlebell classes we structure very comprehensive mobility routines in the warm up and cool down to promote better posture and improve body mechanics. The actual kettlebell workout is a tough muscular endurance event that involves the whole body with each movement. The workout is fun and fast paced with the aim to improve fitness, muscular endurance and body mechanics.

Mobility training can improve the range of movement of our joints and muscles. It can assist in improving our posture. Mobility training can help alleviate aches and pains as well as improving body awareness. Our mobility class is perfect for mixed abilities and should be the most important form of anybody's overall workout routine.
