Our open gym sessions enable you to train on your own in our semi private studio. Unlike busy commercial gyms our open gym sessions limits each pre booked time slot to 8 participants meaning there is plenty of room, in a familiar setting. Whilst there enjoy taking on one of our gym challenges or take your pick from battle ropes, monkey bars or the prowler (or use them all!)

Lifestyle & Body Transformation
Our premium 10 week programme.
The lifestyle & body transformation plan is designed to be sustainable, with no extreme dieting or training plans. The objective is to promote and encourage you to have a healthier lifestyle, which becomes second nature through realistic and achievable goals. Once the programme has finished, a new healthier lifestyle and the results you’ve achieved will be sustainable. You will have a healthy relationship between daily life, food and exercise.
