Ginger Shots



On a empty stomach first thing in the morning. Improves digestions and strengthens

the immune system.


Ingredients:

500ml water

4 lemons

200g ginger

Pinch of cayenne pepper


Method:

Add 500mlwater of to a blender then squeeze in the 4 lemons with a pinch of cayenne pepper and add the ginger with the skin on! Blend together and then sieve the mixture into jug. Keep refrigerated and serve yourself one shot per day
