90/90 Hip Mobility
The 90/90 is a great position for improving hip mobility, it allows you to target some of the deep structures in the hip including the hip capsule. If you want to have a healthy hip, the hip needs to be able to rotate this is why you should be dedicating time to improving hip rotation.
